Instagram is a creative game, not a targeting game

There are two parts: the media you spend with Meta and our management fee, which is separate. Your ad spend needs to be high enough to produce data the algorithm can tune against, and it scales with your business. Our management fee is scoped to your account, not a flat package, and depends on the number of campaigns, the volume of creative production required, and whether we are also running Google Ads on the same account. We quote a specific number after we review your goals on the first call.

For most brands, the right answer is both, inside one Meta account, with placements optimized at the campaign level.
